Ingredients  to replace Peanut and Nuts that will work with
most recipes:

Seeds:
Roasted pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds makes a
great replacement for nuts in granola bars, breads, and
"butters". You can now easily find, in most supermarkets and
many super stores like Walmart and Target, a variety of
"peanut free "peanut butter" which are made with seeds such
as sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds and/or hemp
seeds. Just  make sure they come from trusted manufacturers
that ensure there is no cross contamination.

Beans: Roast in the oven soy beans and peas to easily make
a crunchy, protein-filled snack. Black, Red, Pink and White
Beans are a nice replacement for nuts in salads and canned
ones are not pricey and since they are all cooked, all you have
to do is open the can and drain the water. Don't even have to
reheat them if you add some salad dressing.

Bagged Chips: Substituting crackers and wheat with Cassava,
Plantain, and Natural old fashion potato chips can be healthier
and could satisfy even the most "crunchy cravings".
