Preparing a care package or gift basket for someone that has food allergies is
IMPORTANT: The following list of products have no nuts, no peanuts, no milk, and no
eggs. Please make sure to always read labels since many manufacturers might
change ingredients from time to time.

1. Cookies are always welcome. We love the products made by Divvies one of the
first companies created by a mom  to help others find delicious cookies, chocolates,
and cupcakes. Sold on their online store at www.divvies.com.

2. Off the shelve supermarket cookies; Some brands that have been around for
years clearly list food allergens on their label. Our two favorites that can be found
even in the corner convenience store are: Oreo cookies made by Keebler  (the ones in
the blue box), Back to Nature chocolate chip and crispy oatmeal.

3. Dehydrated Meats: Quite tasty and a great snack to always carry since they don't
get easily spoiled even when exposed to extreme  temperatures are dehydrated
meats more commonly known as beef jerky.  Look for those that clearly state on  their
packaging that they are natural  with no preservatives. Whole foods and fresh market
always have them available or you can  dry meat/snacks: beef, turkey or salmon
jerky's sold at Whole Foods and Fresh Markets come in a variety of flavors (please
note most dry meats contain soy so read labels).

4. Chocolate bars; Enjoy life chocolate bars  are available in various flavors including
chocolate with rice. These are not as easy to  find in all supermarkets but they are
sold at  Whole Foods, Fresh Market and online at their corporate webstore EnjoyLife
website and also at Amazon.

5. #Epipen case with medical alert: Popular among adults and great for parents who
need to pass along the responsibility of carrying their kids epinephrine to school nurse,
summer camp staff, coaches, and teachers.

6. Sporty Epipen bags:  A discreet and comfortable Epipen carrier with prominently
displayed medical alert symbol
helps reduce the stress of having to figure out where
to put your Epipen's or Insulin Pens every time you are getting ready to go out.

For kids and teens the WaistPal and LegBuddy are the winners! Made of high quality
materials that helps insulate, protect from water, and is also fire retardant.
